Fresh fruit salad

Nothing beats a clean start to the day and getting a burst of fresh fruit is the perfect low cal way to get a natural burst of energy.

As long as it’s fresh (No tinned fruit please!) there’s no real rules for this breakfast, but here’s a basic recipe to follow:
½ grapefruit

½ apple

½ pear

½ orange or a whole nectarine peeled and diced

Handful of mixed berries (fresh or frozen is okay if they are out of season)

Sprinkle with finely diced almonds and add a spoonful of yogurt to taste
