The best thing about K-box is it keeps me interested and engaged whilst giving me a really good workout. The classes are exhausting and loads of fun. After 12 months I can safely I’m hooked. I highly recommend K-box if you want to have fun while getting fit, it works and it’s great value! By the way, I’m one of those strangers who actually enjoys gym workouts (but I get bored after a while) and running, push ups etc outdoors (but I lose momentum). K-box really ticks all the boxes, fun, hard, interesting and easy to stick with.
I trained for 2 years with k-box studios and I have never met a trainer like Jeremy who is so in tune with how you need to receive information and what your learning and physical style is. He truly tailors his training and communication style to each individual which is critical when you are learning very complex and new ways to use your body. He is a relentless trainer, but in no way intimidating.
When you are one on one with Jem, motivation is never an issue because he understands what drives you and therefore what will give you the greatest sense of achievement from his lessons. Jem impresses as an awesome kick boxing athlete yet maintains a humble disposition. If you are new or find some of the moves difficult, with Jem you will never feel inadequate. He will get the best out of you if you’re prepared to put the work in.
In group sessions he incorporates with subtlety all that you are learning in your private tuition, which enables you to put things into practice throughout the week. He is also the master at matching students with each other to create a positive environment of learning and achievement. He does not tolerate attitudes of superiority and the classes are a lot of fun. But you’ll sweat like you wouldn’t believe!!
There is nothing like k-box.

I have been training with Jeremy Webb for five years, and have been attending the K-Box classes for three years. For me the classes are perfect, as it is an all over body work out, incorporating cardio, strength and loads of stretching which is extremely important to me. Jeremy attends to each persons level of fitness and ensures a workout that is to your level, even when the class is full. K Box is also a very fun way to train, as the music pumps and if you bring a friend with you, you can pair up and train together.
I have been attending K-Box classes for over two years now, and even though class numbers have increased dramatically in that time, you don’t feel like you are training in a group. Each session is like getting a personal service, including tips on extra exercises and nutrition. So much better than being just another number at a huge gym!
I’ve been coming to K-Box for nearly two years now. I hated exercise and the longest I attended a gym was about a week ! The difference at K-Box for me was firstly the results. I found that I could see and feel changes within a month. I dropped weight (my original goal) and gained muscle definition and gained a lot more energy. Secondly the classes are varied (so you’re not bored) and are as challenging as you make them (you will sweat,a lot !). Finally and what I found most surprising from a kickboxing class was that the people who attended were really nice. Everyone is there to work-out and have fun in a friendly, safe, environment.
