LEG EXERCISES
Sumo Squat

Stand upright with your feet twice shoulder width apart and point your toes out. Keep your hands straight out in front of you and your chest up.
Squeeze your abs, bend the knees and squat down until your thighs are parallel to the ground. (Your feet should be wide enough that at the bottom of the squat your knees are directly over your feet) breath out as you straighten back up.
Push up out of the heels.
