Scissor Crunch

Lie on your back and place your hand under your hips. Keep your head up
so you can see your feet. This tightens the upper abs.
Keeping your legs straight raise your feet slightly off the ground, keep
your right foot higher than the left.
Alternate between right foot up and left foot up. Don’t hold your breath.
