Push Up Hold Right Leg

Keep your hands directly under the line of the shoulders.
Keep your feet shoulder width apart and squeeze the abs.
Do not hold your breath.
Raise the right leg 6-12 inches of the ground.
Keep the leg straight and the toe pointing down.
Hold.
