Basketball Jumps

Start with your feet shoulder width apart, bend down and curve the spine over.

Your head should be by your knees and your bum should be close to your heels.

Keep your abs tight and explode up into the air.

As you jump straighten your back and throw your hands up as high as you can.

Land on the balls of you feet and drop straight back into the starting position.
